Membership Terms & Conditions

By subscribing to an Amora Jayd membership plan, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

Membership Subscription

Membership subscriptions are charged monthly and automatically renew unless cancelled. By subscribing, you authorise Amy Lianne Ltd (brand: Amora Jayd) to collect recurring payments using your chosen payment method. Membership fees are generally non-refundable once a payment has been processed, except where required by applicable law or where an error has occurred in processing a payment.

Monthly Store Credit

Eligible members will receive the advertised monthly store credit following each successful membership subscription payment. Store credit will be added to the member's Amora Jayd account in the form of loyalty points after payment has been received. The loyalty points may only be redeemed on purchases made through the Amora Jayd website. Store credit has no cash value, cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred to another person, or used to purchase membership subscriptions. Amy Lianne Ltd reserves the right to amend, remove, or adjust store credit that has been awarded in error.

Membership Upgrades & Downgrades

Members may upgrade or downgrade their membership plan at any time. Any changes to a membership plan will apply to future billing periods and future membership benefits. Store credit and benefits already awarded under a previous membership tier will not be adjusted retrospectively.

Where a member subscribes to a new membership plan, it is the member's responsibility to ensure that any previous membership subscription has been cancelled if they no longer wish to be charged for it. Members are responsible for managing their active subscriptions. Where a member has maintained multiple active memberships, no refund will be provided for historic charges where membership benefits, store credit, or discounts have been used, redeemed, or otherwise enjoyed by the member. Amy Lianne Ltd reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to review exceptional circumstances, including technical errors.

Cancellation Policy

Members may cancel their subscription at any time. Memberships may be cancelled via the member account area on the website. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. If a membership is cancelled during a billing period, no refund will be provided for the current month's payment. Membership benefits, including member discounts, will remain active until the end of the paid billing period. Members will retain any unused store credit remaining in their account after membership has been cancelled. At the conclusion of the billing period, the membership will terminate and no further membership benefits or additional store credit will be awarded unless the member subscribes again.

Discounts & Promotional Offers

Membership discounts are available only while a membership remains active and in good standing. Store credit cannot be used in conjunction with membership discounts, promotional codes, sale pricing, exclusive offers, limited-time promotions, or any other discount unless expressly stated otherwise.

The permanent member discount cannot be combined with any exclusive, promotional, sale, or limited-time discount. Where multiple offers are available, only one discount, promotion, reward, or benefit may be applied to a single transaction.

Exclusive offers will be delivered by email and available to view on the specific members only pages. Members are responsible for maintaining a valid email address and checking their account. Amy Lianne Ltd is not responsible for missed offers resulting from incorrect contact information or email delivery issues.

Abuse & Misuse

Amy Lianne Ltd reserves the right to suspend, terminate, or refuse membership benefits where fraudulent activity, payment disputes, abuse of the membership programme, or breaches of these Terms & Conditions are suspected. Any store credit, discounts, or benefits obtained through misuse may be revoked without notice.

Changes to Membership Plans

Amy Lianne Ltd reserves the right to amend membership pricing, benefits, rewards, eligibility requirements, or these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will take effect from the date they are published on the website unless otherwise stated. We will provide members with at least 14 days’ notice by email before any material changes to pricing, membership benefits, or these Terms & Conditions take effect. We will provide at least 30 days' notice before any increase to membership pricing takes effect.

Failed Payments

If a membership payment cannot be successfully processed, membership benefits, discounts, and future store credit awards may be suspended until payment has been successfully received. Amy Lianne Ltd reserves the right to cancel memberships where repeated payment failures occur.

General

Memberships and associated benefits are personal to the account holder and may not be transferred, sold, or shared. Participation in the Amora Jayd Membership Programme constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions. By subscribing, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Privacy Policy

Personal information will be processed in accordance with the Amora Jayd Privacy Policy available on our website.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Amy Lianne Ltd shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from participation in the membership programme. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any rights a consumer has under applicable law, or any liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded.
